Hi, I’m Jazmyn- a therapist, advocate, and someone who truly understands what it’s like to live with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotional overwhelm. My own journey with OCD and recovery has shaped the compassionate, grounded way I show up for my clients today.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC IT) in Wisconsin, specializing in OCD, trauma, anxiety, and burnout. I use evidence-based approaches like ERP and EMDR to help teens, adults, and new moms face their fears, heal old wounds, and reconnect with themselves.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel seen, and start finding your way back to peace, one brave step at a time.

  • If we decide to move forward together, I’ll send you a secure link to complete your intake paperwork online. This paperwork helps me learn more about your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to work on in therapy. Completing it ahead of time makes our first session smoother and allows us to focus on what matters most—you.

  • Your journey with Unfiltered Therapy begins with the intake process. You’ll start by completing a brief intake form online to share your history and current challenges. Then, we’ll meet for your first session, which is an extended 80-minute appointment. During this time, we’ll dive deeply into your story, discuss your goals, and begin identifying strategies to help you move forward. The intake process is designed to make your first session productive and focused on your healing and growth.
